| At the meeting R.W. Bro. Cliff Bull D.G.P. for the West Midlands welcomed Bill Seddon our District Grand Prefect and eight other members of our district which included John Bicknell Grand Steward thanking them for their support in attending the meeting. | |

| Following the meeting we were treated to a four course Banquet in the company of friends from both the District of West Midlands and other Districts visiting the meeting. | |
